Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What happens when I hit my user or project limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Your existing data and projects are never affected — you simply can't add new users or projects beyond your plan limit until you upgrade.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What counts as a "user"?
Any person with an account in your organization — PMs, team members who log time, and administrators. Each person counts as one user regardless of their role.
What counts as a "work item"?
Work items are the line items within a project that team members log time against. For example, on a consulting engagement, work items might be "Requirements Gathering," "Design," "Development," and "Testing."
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
Contact us and we'll work something out. We're a small team and we're flexible.
How does data retention work?
Your data retention limit determines how far back your historical data is accessible. When data ages past your retention window, it's archived. Upgrading your plan immediately restores access to archived data.
What's included in Enterprise?
Every feature — same as all plans — with unlimited users, unlimited projects, unlimited data retention, plus dedicated onboarding and a dedicated account manager. Contact us and we'll scope a plan that fits your organization.
